3 Ways to Stretch Your Neck
1. Chin to Chest Tilt head forward, bringing chin to chest. Stop when stretch is felt in back of neck. Hold for 20 seconds. Perform 5 reps.
2. Side to Side Look over left shoulder, stopping when stretch is felt in right side of neck. Hold for 20 seconds. Perform 5 reps to each side.
3. Ear to Shoulder Facing forward, tilt head so left ear goes to left shoulder. Stop when stretch is felt in right side of neck. Hold for 20 seconds. Perform 5 reps to each side.
