The physical abilities that LeBron James has displayed on the basketball court throughout his life have made it clear that he is one of the greatest athletes of all time. And after 14 seasons in the NBA and 7 straight trips to the finals LeBron hasn’t shown many signs of slowing down.
The way he works out has helped him add another potential superlative to his legacy and that is: Most Durable Athlete of All Time.
“I’ve been blessed with a lot of physical talent and a strong body,” James said. “I have focused on working hard to maximize those gifts.”
LeBron does many different things as far as strength and conditioning, and while there seems to be great variety throughout his workouts there are some keys that seem to remain constant.
