Lauren S. Tashman is a Peak Performance Coach for individuals and teams/organizations in sport, exercise, and performance. She completed her PhD in Educational Psychology - Sport Psychology at Florida State University. In addition to consulting with athletes, coaches, teams, and athletic departments via her private practice (Inspire Performance Consulting, LLC), she also served as an Associate Professor in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology and Coordinator of Sport Psychology Services at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida for 7.5 years. She is a Certified Mental Performance Coach (CMPC) with the Association of Applied Sport Psychology and has written for both academic and non-academic aims, including co-editing two books that provide a global perspective on practice and supervision/training in the field of sport psychology. She is endlessly fascinated by the psychology of performance and is passionate about helping individuals and teams/organizations thrive and perform to their potential.
