Do you remember Odell Beckham Jr.’s gravity-defying catch from his rookie season?

Who are we kidding? Of course you do. It was all anyone could talk about for weeks, and the play helped rocket OBJ into the national spotlight.

Now, a similar play could do the same for Anthony Richardson, a 6-foot-1, 202-pound freshman receiver from Eastside High School in Gainesville, Florida. During a recent game, Richardson pulled off a grab that was stunningly similar’s to OBJ’s signature catch. Check it out:

Remember, that’s a freshman playing on varsity. According to Gainesville.com, Richardson scored a touchdown on the very next play.

Richardson already has the size to play receiver at the next level, and he’ll probably experience another growth spurt during high school. If he keeps pulling off circus catches like that one, he could quickly become a highly touted recruit.
