Never quit.” Posted by Chris Kriegh, this quote, from legendary Alabama football coach Bear Bryant, is sure to get your blood pumping in the gym.

During the Game: “Gold medals aren’t really made of gold. They’re made of sweat, determination and a hard-to-find alloy called guts.” Posted by KC Defilipps, this quote comes from Olympic wrestler Dan Gable, who won gold in Munich at the 1972 Olympic Games without giving up a single point.
After the Win: “Veni, vidi, vici.” Posted by Dakota Dotson, this quote is attributed to Julius Caesar, commenting on his swift victory over Pharnaces II of Pontus in 47 BC. It translates as “I came, I saw, I conquered.”
