WATCH: John Cena Benches 440 Pounds
It should come as no surprise that WWE star John Cena is all about “squatgate,” taking to Twitter lately to boast his 600-pound Squat. Now it appears he’s no stranger to the Bench Press either.
Cena recently posted a video of himself knocking out a 440-pound Bench Press rep, no problem.

A week or so later, Cena was up to 480, but with noticeably more shakiness in his push.
Set new goals, then achieve them. Never stop pushing. 221 kilo/487 pounds. #AllTimeBest #NeverGiveUp pic.twitter.com/XeIDpvY8ME
