LeBron James Jumped So High on This Alley-Oop That He Almost Injured Himself
Many NBA fans think that Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James has started to slow down, but that is not the case at all for the 31-year-old. If you need proof, watch this monster alley-oop jam during Monday night’s game.
In the first quarter against the Toronto Raptors, the Cavs were on a fast break after J.R. Smith stole the ball and threw it to Kyrie Irving. Once LeBron saw the break in motion, he darted down the court, and Irving tossed him a perfect alley-oop. The only problem was that the 4-time MVP was running too fast and jumped too high.
During the nasty dunk, LeBron hit his upper body on the backboard, making him come back to the floor unbalanced and in almost a full splits position. The King had to take a couple of seconds after the play because he was in some pain.
