NFL DB Chris Harris, Jr. Is Totally Unimpressed With Wide Receivers at The NFL Combine: ‘Some Slow WRs Coming in the League’
Chris Harris, Jr. is starting some pre-emptive trash talk with the wide receivers in this year’s NFL draft class.
The receivers ran the all-important 40-Yard Dash today at the Combine, and the numbers were rather pedestrian. Only two players—Will Fuller and Kolby Listenbee—broke the 4.40-second mark, and several guys clocked slower-than-expected times. Harris took to Twitter to share his thoughts:
Some slow WRs coming in the league today lol

Harris has a point. Last year, 13 receivers clocked 4.44 or better in the 40-Yard Dash. This year, just four.
Harris, a cornerback with the Denver Broncos, went from undrafted free agent to two-time All-Pro. So if anyone’s entitled to talk a little trash, it’s probably him. For what it’s worth, Harris clocked a 4.48 at his Pro Day.
