We’ve seen many fast-twitch athletes shred up the speed ladder. But man, watch Odell Beckham Jr. really chop it up in this video, posted yesterday to his Instagram.

Then again, what else would you expect from Beckham? This dude shows out every time he goes out.

Beckham is training at Jay Glazer’s Unbreakable Performance Center in West Hollywood, the same facility where we caught up with Dashon Goldson of the Tampa Bay Bucs for an MMA workout last off-season.

As you can see in the video, there’s more to Beckham’s game than flashy one-handed grabs. The fast feet he displays enable him to burst off the line of scrimmage, get in and out of his breaks and create separation downfield.

As explosive as he is, Beckham isn’t the only NFL player capable of bringing the heat on the speed ladder. In the gif below, Green Bay Packers WR Randall Cobb displays flawless footwork in executing the Ickey Shuffle pattern on the ladder.

In the video below, Arizona Cardinals CB Patrick Peterson refines his speed and agility by performing a series of Uphill Speed Ladder drills.
