Recently, Diggins instagrammed a video of an exercise her trainer at Rix 3602 Fitness in Indiana named the “Matrix Reloaded.” It appears to be a combination sequence of a Downward Facing Dog, a Slide Single-Leg Toe Touch, a Push-Up, and a Scorpion. This move will build upper-body and core strength, and will improve mobility in your hips, back and lower body.
Diggins makes it look easy (below), but we’re betting after a few reps in, you’ll want to stop.
