If you work as a bus driver, Mike Lockley might be a good guy to keep on speed dial. The former NFL linebacker is basically a one-man tow truck.
In these recent videos, you can see Lockley getting in a ridiculous workout by pushing and pulling a standard-sized yellow school bus:

Lockley played one season with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2011, before spending a couple of seasons with the CFL’s Montreal Alouettes. Nowadays, he works as a personal trainer. His Instagram account is filled with crazy athletic feats, such as this 700-pound Box Squat:
