WWE superstar John Cena is not only a beast in the ring, but also in the weight room. Whether it’s a 440-pound Bench Press or a huge Squat, the face of the wrestling world is always putting up big numbers in the gym. But the latest lift by the 16-time World Champion was special.

Cena turned 40 on Sunday. But unlike most of us, he didn’t take his birthday off to celebrate. Instead, he hit the gym and deadlifted a massive amount of weight—602 pounds to be exact. Not many 40-year-olds could do this, but Cena is not average.
