Sports Illustrated has Switzer ranked as the 10th best receiver in the draft, so how is he preparing for the next level? By lifting a ton of weight.
Lou Hernandez, The Tar Heels head football strength and conditioning coach, recently tweeted a video of the 5-foot-8, 181-pound senior performing a 352-pound Hang Clean. After Switzer nails the exercise, he completely loses his mind, hits some dance moves and celebrates with his teammates.

The lift was impressive, most likely close to his max weight, but Switzer does struggle a bit with his form. It’s best not to split your legs as much as he does and to catch the bar on your shoulders with your elbows up.
